Parent teacher meeting times were sent home last week and we look forward to meeting with all of you this Wednesday and Thursday.
Christmas Shoe Boxes
The Christmas Shoe Boexes were a great success again this year and 57 boxes were collected from the school. Many thanks to Ellen Davis for organising it all.
Cash for Clobber
Our Cash for Clobber collection is this Wednesday 15th. The van usually arrives before 10 am so bags need to be in for the start of school. Old clothes and shoes are gratefully accepted. It is a very painless way of fundraising for the school and it benefits many people in 3rd world countries also.
Cycling
4th, 5th & 6th class are completing a cycle safety training course every Thursday. This Thursday 16th the last two sessions will be delivered over one day. The instructors have found it better for preparing the pupils for their road session. As it's the last session, if your child has a bike of their own, it would be a good idea for them to use it on Thursday when they are practicing on the road.

Brennan Photography took pictures on the day of the Galway team visit. The proofs were sent home and we will send on the order by Thursday 16th.
Coderdojo
Coderdojo returned last Wednesday. Unfortunately we are not able to hold it this week due to the parent teacher meetings but it should resume next week at a later time of 7pm-8.30pm.
